This year’s festival lit up the desert as we celebrated everything opal — from the shimmering stones beneath our feet to the ancient opalised fossils of our deep-time inland sea.
From glowing sea creatures and illuminated parades to music, storytelling, and community spirit under the stars, last night was truly one to remember beneath the vast outback sky.
